• Mr. Chang has been serving as a board member of Trust Capital since Aug. 2015
• Mr. Chang is Founder and Chairman of Croesus International Inc. H.K. (CII), an investment firm with chief interests in real estate, transportation, infrastructure and financial asset management across Asia
• Mr. Chang has served as Chairman of CII since 2004, and created The Croesus Group comprised of CII and Croesus Merchants International Private Limited (CMI), a Singapore-based entity that both invests in and operates different classes of real estate include retail, hospitality and logistics
• Croesus has led sizable real estate acquisitions throughout the continent. In 2006, the company partnered with and advised world class players on their acquisition strategy for two real estate portfolios totaling over US$2 billion of Asian hospitality assets. From 2007 to 2010, Croesus acquired and managed a Japanese residential real estate portfolio valued at US$500 million in joint venture with a major financial institute
• In May 2013, CMI sponsored its first publicly traded vehicle Croesus Retail Trust (CRT), a business trust with an initial portfolio of Retail Malls in Japan that is listed on the Singapore Exchange. Mr. Chang also serves as Chief Executive Officer of CRT
• Mr. Chang serves as an Advisor to numerous leading Asian institutions and organizations, notably Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation
• Mr. Chang holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Temple University (Pennsylvania) and Certificate of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
